Copy of Support Missionaries

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” ‭
Matthew‬ ‭24:14‬

At 3Stone, local, regional, and global missions are an integral part of our DNA!  As a C&MA church, we are proud to partner with full-time missionaries sharing Christ’s love to the poor, the sick, the marginalized, and the unreached people groups around the world.  We support C&MA missionaries through the Great Commission fund as well as other missionaries serving with para-church ministries and missions agencies.

Please consider supporting these missionaries through your financial resources and prayer, allowing the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to be fulfilled.

InterVarsity Campus Staff Minister at Cornell University

stephan.teng@intervarsity.org

Stephan Teng is an InterVarsity staff worker on the campus of Cornell. Initially headed for a career in investigating human trafficking cases, he studied and graduated from NYU with a Bachelor's in Chemistry and a Master's in Psychology (forensic). Called by God, he works now with the Asian American chapter at Cornell and longs to see students transformed, the campus renewed and world changers developed. He coaches student to lead and love their campus in an environment where stress and self annihilation is the norm at Cornell. From leading Bible studies to maturing in emotional health, students are developed with the character and capacity to bear witness to Jesus and in doing so, change the world. His favorite movie is Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.

Tiffany is a missionary working with Global Gates to catalyze a gospel movement amongst Yemeni Muslims living in diaspora and in their homeland. After a number of years serving in NYCAC and working in HR/IT project management, she most distinctly received her call to vocational ministry in 2008. While she was studying in seminary, the Lord opened her eyes to His sovereignty and movement of unreached people groups around the world for His purposes. Upon graduation in 2015, she committed herself to reach those whom He brought from Yemen to New York City.

"... he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. ..." - Acts 17:26-27

Prayer Requests

Please pray that God will bring connections with Yemeni immigrants and Yemeni-Americans who are seeking truth and disillusioned with Islam.

Pray that God will give His workers boldness and wisdom in navigating the complexity of ministry in a multicultural urban environment.

Pray that the Lord Jesus would give Yemenis dreams and visions of Him. Pray that God will lift the veil that covers their eyes to see the truth of the gospel.

Pray that God would grant peace to the country of Yemen, which has been in a civil war that began in 2011. Relentless bombings from Saudi Arabia have caused what the U.N. describes as the "world's worst humanitarian crisis."

Pray that the Lord would call more workers to His harvest. More Muslims are following Christ now than in any time in history. Pray that His Church will rise up to go where He is going.
